Terrain uses USGS LiDAR-derived elevations at true height scale, with a level camp apron and fitted pond/swamp water. Water levels and pond depths are game approximations. Dense 25–30 ft yellow pines south of Main Road; sparse mature pines and hickories near the clubhouse and roads. Individual trees are illustrative. Clubhouse trailer is based on your photo; dimensions are approximate. Deer, turkey, small game and predators roam the property. Pond wildlife follows Pond areas in Edit land. Rifle scope starts at 8×; wheel or +/− adjusts to 20×. Alt toggles aiming. Slug gun uses a 3× scope. Pond wading stops at 25 ft; use the jon boat beyond that. Press E near a stand to climb. R reloads the five-shot pump shotgun; T helps inspect tracks. The deer herd uses realistic WildMesh bodies with individually sized racks.
